New Protocol!?

Last night I sent an email to our RE reguarding our protocol. I asked him to review my charts from last cycle and let us know if anything should change to maximize our chances as we have only 4 vials of our dear donor left now. He emailed me back saying he has reviewed my charts and has suggested some changes that the iui nurse will go over with me. I wonder what it will be. I want to increase our chances of concieving but I'm worried about the multiples factor! Yikes maybe I shouldn't have said anything. I guess we'll find out tomorrow.
